Filling the gap between venture and later stage capital, our private investment fund focuses on profit-oriented companies that effectively balance a worthy mission, a purpose-driven culture and a desire to create prosperity for their customers, stakeholders, employees and communities.

Attributes
- Proper balance of three criteria: Worthy Mission, Purpose-Driven and Profit-Driven
- Recently profitable, run rate profitable or near-term visibility of profitability
- Generates attractive returns on capital for its enterprise and its customers
- Complete or near complete management team
- Little to no prior institutional capital
Size / Type
- $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 in convertible preferred stock
- Minority positions with protective provisions
Use of Proceeds
- Fund growth rather than infrastructure
- Management or shareholder buyouts
- Bridge to less or even non-dilutive capital
Leadership
The founders of Hesperia Capital have close to a combined six decades of work experience and leverage strong business acumen with the pursuit of a noble purpose. Michael and Rhett were colleagues twenty-five years ago and both strongly believe that capitalism plays a vital role in elevating the human condition.
